The standard rate of 20%VAT is inclusive in the price of all our meals but please note that we will add a Service Charge of 10% to the Bill for all parties of six persons or more, thank you for your consideration in this Please advise if you would pefer to pay the Service Charge in Cash as tips paid in Cash go directly to the staff without deductions

NB – This Menu cannot be interchanged with the a la carte or any other Special Menu  – Thank you for your understanding

 

Choice of Starters

 
·      A field mushroom stuffed with crispy pancetta and mozzarella, grilled and served with a salad garnish
·      Grilled goat’s cheese served with a honey and roast almond flake dressing on a bed of rocket             {V}
·      Smoked Salmon and Spinach Roulade with cream cheese, dill and garlic
·      Italian Stuffed Jalapenos with mortadella, red pepper, onion, garlic, parmesan and cream cheese  (Chilli)
 

Choice of Mains

 
·      Salmon Fillet slow cooked with honey and grain mustard served with special mixed rice                        {V}
 
·      Pork loin pan fried and served in a wild mushroom porcini sauce on a bed of mashed potato and Brussels sprouts
·      Turkey Fiaba Style – Turkey breast stuffed with chestnut and cranberries served with a special slow cooked turkey gravy and chestnut & cranberry stuffing., Brussels sprouts and sauté potatoes with rosemary & garlic
 
·      Carved Sirloin Boscaiola – Oven cooked sirloin, carved and served with a red wine mushroom and shallot pan sauce Brussels sprouts and sauté potatoes with rosemary & garlic
 
·      Butterfly Pasta – Farfalle pasta cooked with white wine, garlic, cherry tomato, basil, olives and butter  {V}

·      Pinapple flambéed in Rum

·      Dolcelatte cheese and biscuits
·      Fragole in Prosecco – Fresh strawberries in a delicious white chocolate and prosecco sauce
