La Fiaba Del Mediterraneo New Years Eve 2018 Four Course Dinner Menu

NEW YEAR’S EVE —Table D’hote Menu –  £57.50

 An optional 10% Service Charge will be added to your final bill

 

Starting at 7.30pm for 8pm, please be prompt as the evening is run as a dinner party, where all the guests sit for dinner at the same time, thank you.

 

A choice of First Course

Accompanied by French bread and butter

 

  • A field mushroom stuffed with crispy pancetta and mozzarella, grilled and served with a salad garnish
  • Grilled goat’s cheese served with a honey and roast almond flake dressing on a bed of rocket (V)
  • Beef Carpaccio – Thinly sliced raw fillet of beef with olive oil and onion sauce with lemon & shaved parmesan, served on a bed of rocket with toast
  • King Prawn and Scallop skewers – grilled and served simply with olive oil, lemon and basil on a bed of leaves
  • Home Made Hummus with toasted pitta bread (Vegan)

Mid Course

 

  • Chefs Tomato Carrots & Basil Soup with garlic croutons (V) (Vegan)

 

A choice of Main Courses

 

  • Fillet of Sea Bass Provencal Pan roast fillet of sea bass in a caper, garlic, oregano, tomato and white wine sauce served, plated with French beans, fresh carrots with dill & garlic and Lyonnaise potatoes
  • Spinach & Riccotta Ravioli in Butter and sage(V)
  • Moroccan “Charmoula” Lamb Chop – Cooked “pink” with a charmoula coating of cumin, coriander, cinnamon garlic and parsley, served on a bed of lemon couscous with a green salad
  • BBQ Jack Fruit served on a bed of rice with seasonal vegetables (Vegan)
  • Fillet Steak Rossini, cooked to your preference topped with chicken liver pate and garlic croutons, served in a Madeira wine sauce plated with French beans, fresh carrots with dill & garlic and Lyonnaise potatoes

 

A choice of Dessert

  • Fragole in Prosecco – Fresh strawberries in a delicious white chocolate and prosecco sauce
  • Tiramisu
  • Chocolate Supreme Dessert with hazelnuts (Vegan)
  • Dolcelatte (Italian mild Gorgonzola blue cheese) and biscuits

 

A glass of champagne, Bucks Fizz or Orange Juice will be served at Midnight to toast 2019
